The latest Q3 2026 photos show continued infrastructure and site development across Patimban Industrial Estate. Land clearing and grading have expanded across several areas, including the plots surrounding the main roundabout and internal road network. The primary access road and internal circulation routes are now more clearly established, with paved surfaces, road markings, street lighting, curbs, and connections between key sections of the estate. Further development is also visible around the main entrance corridor. Supporting facilities have progressed as well, including the fire-response post, where a covered operational area and additional structures have been added. The security post and utility facilities remain in place alongside the developing road infrastructure. Overall, current work is focused on preparing additional land, improving internal accessibility, and completing the supporting facilities required for the estate’s continued development.

Construction is also advancing on key estate elements, including the main entrance structure, which is becoming more prominent on site and moving closer toward completion. Supporting operational facilities are taking shape as well, strengthening on-ground readiness for tenant activities. With better site accessibility and more established infrastructure in place, tenants can proceed with early mobilization and prepare for smoother operations as the primary gateway and supporting facilities near completion.
