These latest photos highlight the ongoing development progress at Patimban Industrial Estate. Road access to Patimban Port is taking shape and the main entrance structure is now visibly under construction. Foundational work has begun for key supporting facilities including the mosque, helipad, fire station, and KEK office. The estate landmark signage is also being built. With improved access routes already in place, tenants can soon begin construction and operate more efficiently as the main gateway nears completion.

This photo illustrates the progress of Patimban Industrial Estate development, located directly adjacent to Patimban Port. Some of the landfilling has already been completed, and construction of the main entrance is scheduled for completion soon. Currently, ready-to-build plots and provisional access routes enable tenants to begin construction immediately. Once the main entrance is completed, tenants can optimize operations more efficiently using our main access.
