President Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1954. He has been serving as President Director since 2014. He earned his Master of Architect from The Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg (HFBK Hamburg), West Germany, in 1981. His career began at Architect Michaelsen when he was promoted to be Project Manager in a project in Blankenese, in Hamburg, In 1979. He has experience in various positions, including as Branch Head at PT. Halmar-Onyx Sanitary Ware, as Head of the Planning Department at PT. Ardekon in 1985, and as Developer Architect at PT. Pudjiadi Prestige. He gained 25 years of experience in project development while working for PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk. His previous position was Director of Property Total Persada Development in 2012.
Eddy Karli
Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1977. He has been serving as Director since June 2012. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, California, USA, in 2004. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, and Investment from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, USA. He has more than nine years of experience as an accounting director in Caruso Affiliated, one of the most prestigious real estate firms in Los Angeles. Previously, he also has four years of experience while working for Newmark Merrill Companies, a real estate developer in California, USA.
Djuliawati
Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1972. She has been serving as Director since October 2013. She earned her Bachelor of Accounting from Tarumanagara University Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1995. Her career began as an Accountant at Accounting Firm Prasetio, Utomo & Co (Member of Ernst & Young). Later, she was appointed as Accounting Section Head and promoted as Head of Finance & Accounting Department at PT. Antilope Madju Puri Indah (Puri Indah Mall & Real Estate), started from 1996 to 2004. She has eight years of experience as a general manager and director while working for PT. Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (PT JSI Tbk) subsidiaries, including PT Antilope Madju, PT Permata Hijau, PT Bali Nusadewata Village, and PT Skyline Building. Additionally, she has been a Director of PT Anpa International since 2012.
