The latest photos highlight ongoing land preparation and infrastructure development at Patimban Industrial Estate in Q4 2026. Cleared and levelled areas are visible across parts of the estate, with construction machinery and trucks positioned along internal routes where earthworks and road construction remain underway.

At the main entrance, paved approaches, road markings, street lighting, estate signage, and planted areas define the access corridor. The fire-response post is also visible with its covered area, paved forecourt, and surrounding landscaping.
