Heavy rainfall over the past several weeks has caused flooding across several regions of Indonesia, including Desa Patimban in Subang Regency, West Java. As a form of social responsibility, Patimban Industrial Estate distributed grocery donations in the form of rice grains, eggs, and instant noodles to flood victims. On Wednesday, 4 February 2026, at 1:30 pm, the aid was delivered directly to the community kitchen at the village head’s residence in Desa Patimban. Established by the local government, the community kitchen is capable of preparing up to 1,000 meal portions per day for distribution to affected residents.
In addition to social assistance programs, the presence of Patimban Industrial Estate in the area is also expected to provide long-term benefits to the surrounding community, particularly through the creation of direct employment opportunities and indirect business prospects, such as food vendors, service providers, and local traders. With the growth of economic activity in the industrial area, community welfare is expected to improve, and the local economy is anticipated to continue to develop positively.
